How do I make the payment for my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete your payment, based on the payment method you selected at checkout. We offer a variety of payment options to suit your preference, including:
- Dhiraagu Pay
- Bank transfers
- Request for BML payment link (for debit/credit card)
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before payment is completed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed.
What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, our team will reach out to offer a suitable solution. This may include a replacement product or a refund, depending on your preference.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our support team, and we will assist you promptly to ensure your order details are confirmed.

Where does Catmania deliver to?
We currently deliver within Male’, Hulhumale, Hulhule, and to boats.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–2 days, depending on product availability and order timing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available for selected products if:
- The order is placed before 3:00 PM
- The item is available on hand
Why might my delivery take longer than expected?
Some products — especially bulky items — are stored in our warehouse, which closes at 3:00 PM daily.
Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next working day, which can affect delivery timelines.
How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery on orders above MVR 200
A MVR 15 delivery fee applies to orders below MVR 200
Do you offer self pick-up?
Yes, self pick-up is available for selected orders.
How does self pick-up work?
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you with the pick-up location and timing details.
When will my pick-up order be ready?
Pick-up timing depends on product availability and order timing.
You’ll be notified as soon as your order is ready.
Do you ship outside the Maldives?
At the moment, Catmania does not offer overseas shipping.

Are all Catmania products covered by a warranty?
Not all products sold by Catmania include a warranty. Please refer to the warranty information on each product page to confirm whether a specific item is covered. Warranty coverage applies only to the products explicitly stated on their pages.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If a product is covered by warranty, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will provide instructions for making a warranty claim and ensure it is processed efficiently.
When will I receive my refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
