Welcome to Catmania (“we”, “us”, “our”). Catmania operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated shopping experience.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and transactions are made directly between you and Catmania.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority under the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information for all purchases and account registrations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual product colors, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified by Catmania.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or operational limitations.
Orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
All purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale unless expressly agreed.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING
All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time the order is placed.
Since payment methods are manual, you agree to provide accurate payment information and complete payment according to the instructions provided (e.g., bank transfer, Viber confirmation). Orders will only be confirmed once the payment is received and verified by Catmania.
All purchases must be for personal use unless expressly agreed otherwise.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY & OPERATIONS
We currently provide delivery services within operational areas determined by Catmania.
Delivery Limitations

We are closed on Fridays and selected public holidays.

Delivery and collection are not available on these days.

Holiday closures will be announced on our social media platforms and website announcement bar.

Orders placed on closure days will be delivered on the next working day.
Litter Orders
Due to high demand, litter deliveries operate under limited daily capacity.

All litter orders, especially bulk or multiple-unit purchases, must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day delivery for litter is not guaranteed.

While we will attempt to accommodate urgent requests where possible, this cannot be assured.
Dispatch Notification
Live tracking is not currently available. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. After receiving this notification, delivery can generally be expected within approximately one hour, subject to traffic and operational conditions.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by high demand, weather conditions, import delays, customs processing, carrier issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & FAULTY PRODUCTS
Most products sold by Catmania do not include an extended manufacturer-style warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

Valid claims will be reviewed and, where appropriate, accepted for refund or replacement.
Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Opened consumable products (including food and litter) are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
SECTION 7 – WARRANTY COVERAGE
Warranty coverage applies only to products where it is explicitly stated on the individual product page (for example, selected smart litter boxes or electronic items).
Where warranty applies:

Claims must follow the stated warranty period and conditions.

Customers must provide order details and proof of defect.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Except where expressly stated, products are sold without extended warranty coverage.
SECTION 8 – PET HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Product descriptions and nutritional information provided on this website are for general informational purposes only and are not intended as veterinary advice.
Customers should consult a licensed veterinarian for medical or dietary concerns regarding their pets.
Catmania is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from improper use or undisclosed pet health conditions.

All content on this website, including logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Catmania or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with Catmania.
By using our Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Catmania.
We may also provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
SECTION 11 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including pricing or stock errors, and to cancel orders if necessary.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service for violations of these Terms.
