At Catmania, we aim to provide smooth, reliable deliverie. We value clarity and transparency so you know what to expect.

Below is how deliveries will proceed, including some minor updates we’ve introduced to help us serve everyone better. Moving forward, this is how orders will be delivered.

🕒 Delivery Hours

Male'

Delivery in Male’ takes place between 20:00 – 21:00. During busy delivery periods, minor delays of up to one hour may occur, and you will be notified if this happens.

If you’d like an earlier delivery, we’ll do our best to accommodate depending on the products ordered, delivery volume, and warehouse availability. Please contact our support team with your order number to request an early delivery.

Hulhumale

Delivery in Hulhumalé occurs between 19:00 – 20:00.

📦 Delivery Period

Most orders are delivered within 1–2 days, depending on product availability and delivery scheduling. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, the exact delivery day may vary based on order flow and daily capacity.

If you’re hoping for same-day delivery, you can message us before placing your order, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible that day. We still encourage placing orders at least 24 hours in advance, which helps ensure smooth and timely delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected items if:

The order is placed early
The product is readily available
Delivery capacity allows

Availability can vary depending on daily order volume. While we’ll always check for you, same-day delivery is never guaranteed. We recommend giving 24 hours whenever possible to make delivery smooth and stress-free.

🧺 Litter Deliveries — Important Notice

We receive a large number of litter orders daily, making this one of our most in-demand products. Due to the high volume, we operate with a limited daily delivery capacity for litter.

All litter orders — especially bulk or multiple-unit purchases — must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

We do not guarantee same-day delivery for litter orders. While we will always try our best to accommodate same-day requests where possible, this cannot be assured due to volume and scheduling limitations.


Litter deliveries are scheduled in the order they are received, helping us deliver safely and fairly for all customers.

⏱️ Order Cut-Off Times

Some items — particularly litter, litter boxes, and other bulky products — are stored in our warehouse, which closes at 2:00 PM daily. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next working day.

Meeting the daily cut-off does not guarantee same-day delivery, especially for bulky items that require extra handling and coordination. We recommend placing these orders at least 24 hours in advance to help us serve you better.

🗓️ Non-Working Days & Delivery Schedule

We are closed on Fridays and selected public holidays. On these days, delivery and self-collection services will not be available.

Any public holiday closures will be announced in advance on our social media platforms and via the website announcement bar.

If an order is placed on a Friday, on a public holiday, or on the day immediately before a scheduled closure, delivery will be arranged on the next working day.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to plan orders accordingly to avoid delays.

Overseas delivery is not available at this time.

🛥️ Boat Deliveries

For boat deliveries, we recommend placing orders at least 24 hours prior to departure. This allows enough time to collect products from the warehouse and prepare them for timely delivery.

Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on boat schedules, and our team may contact you if additional information is needed.

🏪 Self Pick-Up

Self pick-up is available for selected orders. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with pick-up details, including location and timing. Our team will not contact you separately unless clarification is needed.

Self-pick up is currently only available from Male'.

📍 Order Tracking

Live tracking is not currently available. However, you will receive an email notification once your order is out for delivery. After receiving this notification, you can generally expect your order to arrive within approximately one hour.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

While we always aim to meet expected delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, product availability, or logistical factors. If your order takes longer than expected, please reach out to our support team — we’re always happy to assist.
