• Maximum 4 entries per nation per customer.
• Customers may participate in multiple nations separately.
• Entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between nations or customers.
• Only successfully completed and verified orders qualify for entries.
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or invalid orders will not qualify.

• Campaign entries close at the end of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Group Stage.
• Purchases made after the deadline may will not quality for the main prizes, but will be eligible for match rewards.

Selected randomly from all eligible campaign entries regardless of nation performance.

If none of the participating nations win the World Cup, eligibility will follow the participating nations that progress the furthest.

• Match Rewards begin during the Knockout Stage.
• Every knockout match involving one of the participating nations will carry a Match Reward.
• If the participating nation wins the match, one random winner from that nation’s entry pool will win the reward.
• If the participating nation loses, no winner will be selected and the reward will roll over to the next eligible knockout match.
• Rolled over rewards may create larger stacked reward pools, including Double Rewards or Mega Rewards.

Catmania reserves the right to determine reward allocation, rollover structure, and match reward scheduling where necessary.

• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entry pools.
• Winners may be announced through Catmania’s website and/or social media platforms.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided during checkout.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Catmania reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

• Certain rewards are sponsored or fulfilled by third-party businesses and partners.
• Sponsored rewards may be subject to sponsor-specific availability, scheduling, booking, redemption, or service conditions.

• Catmania shall not be held responsible for missed campaign participation opportunities caused by sold out stock and unavailable sizes.

• Customers are responsible for measuring their pets correctly before placing orders.

• Returns or exchanges due to sizing-related issues are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to stock availability and approval.
• Exchange requests may not be possible if replacement sizes are unavailable.
