How do I earn entries?
Every jersey purchase earns entries linked to the nation purchased.
How many entries do I get per jersey?
Each jersey purchase gives you 2 entries.
Is there a maximum number of entries?
Yes. Each customer can receive a maximum of 4 entries per nation.
Can I support multiple nations?
Yes. You may support multiple nations separately.
Are entries shared across nations?
No. Entries remain tied to the nation purchased.
Until when can I earn entries?
Entries close at the end of the Group Stage.
Can I still buy jerseys after entries close?
Yes. Jerseys may still be available for purchase, but they will no longer qualify for campaign entries or rewards.

Main Prizes
How do I become eligible for the Main Prize Draws?
To be eligible for the Main Prize Draws, you must purchase a participating nation jersey before the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 group stage.
How is the 1st Place winner selected?
One random winner will be selected from the nation that progresses the furthest in the tournament.
How is the 2nd Place winner selected?
One random winner will be selected from the nation that progresses the second furthest.
How is the 3rd Place winner selected?
One random winner will be selected randomly from ALL campaign entries regardless of nation performance.
What happens if none of the 7 nations win the World Cup?
Prize eligibility will follow whichever participating nation progresses the furthest.
Are winners selected randomly?
Yes. Winners are selected randomly from the eligible entry pools.
When will Main Prize winners be announced?
Main Prize winners will be announced after the World Cup Final on 25th July 2026.
Can prizes be exchanged for cash?
No. Campaign prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Match Rewards
How do I become eligible for Match Rewards?
Simply purchase a participating nation jersey.
There is no deadline to become eligible for Match Rewards. You can purchase a jersey at any point during the tournament and be eligible for future Match Rewards associated with your chosen nation.
When do Match Rewards begin?
Match Rewards begin when the Knockout Stage starts.
Which matches will have Match Rewards?
Every knockout match involving one of our participating nations will carry a Match Reward.
How are Match Reward winners selected?
If our nation wins the match, one random winner will be selected from that nation’s entry pool.
What happens if my nation loses?
The Match Reward rolls over to the next eligible knockout match involving one of our participating nations.
What does “reward rollover” mean?
If our nation loses, the reward gets added to the next eligible match reward pool of any of our 7 nations.
Can matches have multiple rewards?
Yes. Rolled over rewards may create Double Rewards, Mega Rewards, or larger stacked prize pools.
When are Match Reward winners announced?
Winners are usually selected and announced at the end of each matchday.

Do cancelled or refunded orders count as entries?
No. Cancelled, refunded, or invalid orders will not qualify for campaign entries.
Can I modify my order after purchase?
Please contact customer support as soon as possible regarding order changes.
How do I choose the correct jersey size?
Please carefully measure your pet and refer to the provided size guide before placing your order.
Can I return or exchange jerseys due to sizing issues?
Returns or exchanges for sizing-related issues are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to stock availability.
What if my preferred exchange size is out of stock?
Exchange requests depend entirely on remaining stock availability at the time of request.
Will duplicate orders increase my chances?
Yes. Additional eligible purchases may increase your entries up to the maximum allowed limit per nation.
Can I transfer my entries to another person or nation?
No. Entries are non-transferable and remain linked to the original purchase and selected nation.
What happens if I enter the wrong contact details during checkout?
Please ensure your contact details are accurate. Catmania will not be responsible for unclaimed prizes due to incorrect customer information.
Are jerseys limited in quantity?
Yes. Certain nations and sizes may sell out during the tournament period and may not be restocked.

What prizes are included in the campaign?
Main prizes include the PETKIT Purobot Max Pro 2, luxury resort stay, shopping vouchers, VIP grooming service, pet photoshoot experiences, dinner vouchers, and more.
Will more rewards be added during the tournament?
Additional Match Rewards and sponsored rewards may be introduced throughout the tournament.
Are Match Rewards different from Main Prizes?
Yes. Main Prizes are tournament-based rewards given after the tournament concludes, while Match Rewards are tied to specific knockout matches.
Are sponsor rewards subject to sponsor terms?
Yes. Certain rewards may be subject to the sponsor’s own availability, scheduling, booking, redemption, or service conditions.
Who handles prize delivery or redemption?
Depending on the reward, prizes may either be fulfilled directly by Catmania or through the respective campaign sponsor.
Can a sponsor reward be changed?
In rare situations involving availability or circumstances outside our control, Catmania reserves the right to replace or adjust sponsored rewards with rewards of similar value.
Are sponsors responsible for winner selection?
No. All campaign winners are selected solely by Catmania through the campaign entry system.
